HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. In general, we process the order request within 48 hours after the order is received. If you want to make a last minute change and your order has already been processed or you want to report a problem, write to contact@pregadeus.com and we will assist you without obligation.

I JUST COMPLETED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM NOW?
We are sorry, but once the order has been placed, you cannot add more items to the same order. Please place a new order for the new item and contact us. We will be happy to make a new shipment, with all items. It will be sent within 48 hours of the original order (as long as the desired items are in stock).

I AM NOT SURE ABOUT ONE OR SOME DIMENSIONS OF ITEMS.
If you have any questions about the dimensions of our designs, you can send an email to contact@pregadeus.com explaining the items that you are interested in and we will reply as soon as possible to verify its size or dimensions.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED?
All items sold on PREGADEUS.COM can be returned or exchanged, as long as they are managed in accordance with the parameters of the exchange and return policy specified on this website.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Once we have received the package, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified by email (the address that appears on the order) when this operation is carried out.

Keep in mind that depending on the banking institution to which you belong, processing and sending the transaction to your account may require additional days, as it also depends on when they have received the order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

I HAVE MADE RESERVATION OF AN ITEM THAT WAS MARKED AS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Items purchased that are not in stock at the time of purchase may take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. The times may vary due to several factors: depending on the complexity of the garment, availability of our workshops, availability of material, etc. We work so that your article arrives as soon as possible, but without losing the care that the production of our garments requires. Things well done take time.


WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as you finish the order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you indicated in the request. If you cannot see our email with the confirmation, please check the spam folder. In case you don’t find it in the spam folder, please send an email to contact@pregadeus.com. We will take care of sending you the confirmation, as soon as possible.

WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Due to an unforeseen event, the desired item may be out of stock and not available for reproduction in a reasonable time. These cases are very sporadic. However, if any item in the requested order becomes available again, we will contact you within 24-48 hours upon cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.


WHAT HAPPENS IF PREGADEUS DOES NOT SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
It could be that we don’t have shipping options implemented for all countries, so if this is your case, please send us an email to contact@pregadeus.com explaining which items you want and where you want them to be shipped, and we will find the best way to get them to you. And for the future, we will work to make our items available in more and more countries.


I LOVE PREGADEUS. CAN I BE A DISTRIBUTOR?
Contact us stating that you are interested in distributing our products. We will contact you as soon as possible.
