Delivery terms:

Shipping costs according to each country of destination.

OBSERVATIONS
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the shipping details.

The authorities of the country of destination can apply customs charges to the purchased product. Customs charges (shipments to the Canary Islands, Switzerland, outside the European Union,…) will depend on the total amount of the purchase and the destination of the shipment. Customs charges will ALWAYS be paid by the buyer.

All applicable fees, taxes, and rights are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customs authorities require to indicate the value of the order directly on the package and will apply an import duty of the order, at the expense of the customer who collects it. Occasionally, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

By placing an order at PREGADEUS.COM, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, all applicable custom import charges, and the cost of return shipping to PREGADEUS.COM, except in those cases where the return is due to packaging errors or defects in the product.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from PREGADEUS.COM within 14 days from the date of receipt.

No explanation is required. Any item purchased from PREGADEUS.COM returned in its original, sealed packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted. PREGADEUS.COM undertakes to make your refund within a maximum period of 10 days after receiving the package with your return.

Before making the return you must notify the Customer Service department by writing an email to contact@pregadeus.com .

If the cause of the return is a defect of the item or that the item received does not correspond to the order request, PREGADEUS.COM will bear the costs of the return and new shipment (all products are reviewed and registered prior to shipment ).

If the reason for the return is that the item does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount, but we will not be responsible for the shipping or return costs.

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of merchandise, the client will not have any expense. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been placed, the customer will bear the shipping costs, as well as the costs of returning the same order, if applicable.
